The Kettlebell Warrior Program is an 8 week strength and conditioning program designed for the upper-level athlete.  All you need is a kettlebell or two and your body.  This program will incorporate both upper and lower body movements, so the bigger your KB collection, the more precise the program will be. If you only have one, that’s not a problem!  The KWP consists of 5 workouts a week with each one lasting between 40-60 min.  This is a minimalist program that will achieve maximum results!
