This is a 6 week bodyweight program designed to be done 3 days a week with each workout lasting 30-40 min.  It comes with a warm-up, demo videos for all movements and no equipment is needed.  You can do this program in the comfort of your own home, at the gym or even while traveling.  It is designed for anyone who has moderate training experience and can/should be cycled through more than once to achieve maximum results.
